Loved our 3 nights stay. the double room we stayed in was spotless. the hotel was so close to the city center and town center. One of the dining options, Brasserie Bracke, was a 10, minute walk away. We had a fantastic experience during our 3, night stay at B&B the Project in Heerlen. the double room was impeccably clean, and its proximity to the city center and town center was very convenient. we enjoyed dining at Brasserie Bracke, which was just a short 10, minute walk from the hotel.

food was freshly made and i have nothing but brilliant memories from this trip. the hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a domestic area, not far from city centre. the atmosphere created was quiet. i enjoyed the room, it was cosy and modern. a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating were a very nice touch. the location was great, at a short distance from corio center heerlen.

The room is perfect for a stay: clean, comfy, spacious, nice decorations on the walls in coherent themes, possibility to take some mails on your own room, lovely beds, a nice atmosphere, enough electricity points, Hennie and Marco are nice people.
Nothing.

The room was cozy and inviting, with a comfy bed and a lovely private bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. I loved having a hairdryer in the room, it made getting ready in the morning so convenient. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. Having a private entrance gave me a sense of privacy and independence during my stay. The tea/coffee maker in the room was a great addition, I enjoyed sipping a warm cup of tea before bedtime.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle in the room, but I can see how others might find it useful.

Great value for money! The room was super clean and cozy, with a unique mining-themed wall painting. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was nice. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The owners, Hennie and Marco, were cute and helpful.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from offering more vegetarian options.

I recently stayed at a lovely B&B in Heerlen for a few nights. The room was warm and spacious, with high ceilings and underfloor heating. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of options including non-dairy and gluten-free choices. The breakfast room itself had a homely and relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the beautiful Moon Quarter. I would definitely return to this B&B if I am ever in the area again.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
